Evolution of the Instructional Ride Series

CRABS Potluck on January 10, 2015
Join the Couples Riding a Bicycle Simultaneously (CRABS) for a potluck, new members introduction, and planning event at 4:30 on Saturday, January 10 at Jen and Stan Sunderwirth's house at 2821 Westchester Ave, Ellicott City.
All those owning tandems (or shopping for one) are welcome to join us. Please bring a dish to share with other tandem enthusiasts, some friends who may be considering a tandem from Santa this December, and great stories / videos about past tandem adventures.

Dundalk Bicycle Loop Open House Meeting
Baltimore County will be conducting an Open House Meeting at North Point Library on Wednesday, November 12 from 7pm to 8:30. The meeting will allow participants to learn and provide feedback related to striping bike lanes on Dundalk Avenue and other improvements for development of a Dundalk Bicycle Loop. Remembering Lee Fleishman
Lee Fleishman was a regular on the Seniors rides and he and his wife, Ruth, were active cyclists and regular volunteers at various BBC events. Lee also served as a volunteer ranger on the Northern Central Trail, as seen in the photo. This photo was taken at the dedication of the drinking fountain, etc., at the Paper Mill Road entrance to the trail Sept. 16, 2005. The BBC was a major contributor to the cost of the well and drinking fountain. In the photo Lee Fleishman is flanked by Frank Anders on the left and Russell Loy on the right.
