Beautiful vistas in Havre de Grace and Susquehanna State Park. Terrain is rolling with some uphill groaners, but no mountains. For those interested in bypassing Susquehanna State Park, there is a shortcut to avoid the awesome descent and long gentle climb out of the river valley.
Bathrooms available in the adjacent county park near the starting location.
Join us for lunch or just ice cream afterwards at Brooms Bloom dairy, a short drive from the ride start! (Some riders may opt for a civilized lunch in Havre de Grace, but the ride leader will only be snacking to save room for ice cream.)
