Vernal Equinox Ride - so we had blooms and 70+F back in February, but now we have true "Spring".  Or at least Sol, our star, is directly over the equator and casting solar brilliance equally between the tellurian hemispheres.

We ride the full extent of Old Court Rd to Marriottsville and then return via Wards Chapel to Glyndon and Padonia to Thornton.  This route has some traffic and other suburban nonsense from miles 5 to 10 as we pass through Pikesville to Randallstown.  Five biggish climbs and a bunch of rolling for about 3000 ft.

Snack at Dunkin Donuts at mile 17.6 on Old Frederick.  To make sure we do all of Old Court, we will start by heading east on Joppa Rd to Hunts Church which will warm us up before the Park School climb.

Another adventurous route for the weekday riders, but check Calendar/Forums for any weather related changes.  We will ride "global warming vernal pace" with moments of enthusiasm countered by regrouping.  Come Join the Fun!
