This may be Downtown Denise's favorite ride because of all of the great climbs. There may be 5 or 6 good hills between mile 17 and the rest stop at mile 28, a Sheetz in Manchester. The 2nd half of the ride isn't flat but it's much easier than the 1st half. Rain will cancel the ride.
