Several years ago, Evie & Mike created 'THE ZOO RIDE'  as a cold weather  alternative to the typical northern county routes. Exploring northern Baltimore City neighborhoods offers more shelter from the cold and wind. Areas include: Cedar Croft, Homeland, Roland Park, Clipper Mill, Woodberry, Charles Village, Druid Hill Park, Maryland Zoo, Jones Falls Trail (paved), Loyola & Johns Hopkins Universities. Snack/lunch stop will be @THB Bagels & Deli in Charles Village. This is not a CASUAL ride. There are several steep climbs on the route. School is in session so park on Dumbarton Rd near the school/ball field.  Be sure to check the ride schedule/forum early on Monday for last minute updates.
