Great Riding In Cecil County! Varied terrain - 1st half forested; 2nd half mostly open farmland. Travels thru Charlestown, Northeast and Elkton; intended rest stop at WaWa. I-695 to I-95N; cross Susq. River Bridge*, immediately take 1st Exit, then Right at end of ramp for short distance to P&R on Right. *Toll (and yes, this ride is worth it!)
