Clydesdale road cyclist with an addiction to high-end bicycles and suffering at 90%+ of max HR!  I ride with the Glenelg Gang on Tuesday's and Thursday's and generally on one of the 15/17 weekend rides.  Love to participate in big events like the Blue Ridge Summit Century, the Civil War Century, the Grandmother (Tour de Montes) club rides.  Travel with my bike and love to ride in California and anywhere else I vacation.
