Work off all of the Turkey Day excesses with a nice ride to York; scenic, varied terrain with some good climbs, also section of Heritage Rail Trail (can avoid with additional hill-climbing); snack/lunch stop; I-83 to Md Line exit, R at end of ramp, R on York Rd, L on Campbell into New Freedom, immediate R after RR/Heritage Trail, past Franklin to parking area (restroom available).
