A Huge THANK YOU  to the person who was able to alter my ride start time for Thanksgiving morning.  It's very much appreciated because I didn't want people to be confused and/or upset on the day.  current/smile

Hi Steve,

Shouldn't everything happen automatically?  What should I do?  Not had this problem before.

thanks, Stephanie

Due to a glitch in the system I am unable to post the correct ride start time.  The ride will commence at 9.30 am from Greenspring Station.  Hopefully the start time issue will be resolved ont he calendar before Thursday.  I will attempt to be there by 9 am in case some people don't get the message.  Again the ride start time is 9.30 a.m. and not 9 am.  Thank you and hope to see you there.

Please see ride description on the calendar.  This is a hilly ride of 32 miles.

I'm sorry I can't lead the ride this morning.  My hot water heate5is leaking so I must get this sorted out promptly before it bursts and floods the basement.

Hello.  I thought I'd posted already but doing so again.  Cancelling Sunday's Sparks ride due to weather forecast.

Out of an abundance of caution due to the weather forecast I am cancelling our ride from Providence Road P&R tomorrow, it will be reposted for June 26th.

I am cancelling this ride due to bad weather forecast.  I'll repost this for June 26th.

Please keep checking this thread.  Due to the dismal weather forecast for this Sunday the 5th, I may have to cancel the ride.  I'll give you plenty of notice and if we don't go I shall set up the same ride for later in the month when I am to lead again.

Hello everyone.
If you are coming on my ride tomorrow, I want to say that I do not have an accurate mileage for a shorter route as advertised as I was thinking of another ride.  But if you come along and find it too hot and too strenuous I will be able to explain a shorter route which will make it around 18 miles or so (sorry don't have the actual mileage), but you will miss the rest stop, so please bring plenty of water and snacks if you want to ride the shorter distance.  Also it's always a good idea to bring frozen water bottles to leave in your car whilst you are riding - you'll at best have a nice cool drink in your car upon return to the starting point. Please remember your sunscreen also.  This a strenuous ride due to the hilly nature of Baltimore County.  Due to this recent rainy month I am out of shape as are a lot of us, so if you don't like climbing it's OK to walk but just bear this in mind before deciding upon the entire route. Thank you.
