Park in the south-eastern corner of the parking lot at 2375 Roxbury Mills Road, Cooksville, MD. The Gary J. Arthur Community Center is not open to the public. We’ll ride by the library to Western Regional Park where there are port-a-potties.
We’ll travel in a cyclonic loop to Mt Airy and back. Many snack or lunch options in Mt Airy but the planned stop is a High’s at the mile 17. The majority of the climbing is in the first half with lots of downhill in the second half.
The Weather Channel says temps will be 75-81. We will practice social distancing with masks at the start. Please bring your own cue sheet (I will email one upon request) and a pen to sign in. Cue sheets and a pen will be available but bring hand sanitizer to use after signing in.
