One of my favorite routes with beautiful scenery and stunning water views. We will have to crank up a few hills after the snack break, but it's all worth it.

With temps anticipated to reach near 90 deg in the afternoon, moving to the warmer weather start time of 9 am, recognizing that some of us will be driving about an hour to the ride start.

Bathrooms avalable just past the ride start at the now refurbished convenience store at 4450 Solomons Island Road. Mid-ride relief can be found at the public restrooms on the North Beach Boardwalk on Bay Ave near 5th Street.

My favorite stop for a snack is The Bakist (former site of Sweet Sue's), but the Chesapeake Market & Deli at Herrington Harbor, just a little down the road, is also an attractive option.

I will bring some paper cue sheets, but encouraging use of the RWGPS routing.
