Moderately hilly ride thru small So Pa towns with decision point at mile 11 for ride distance.  The first rest stop on long ride is mile 20 in Glenville(restrooms available) and mile 32 in Shrewsbury(restrooms available).  Same location at mile 25 for short ride.  Possibility to trim a few miles after Shrewsbury if new found heat/humidity become too much.  There is a rwgps link by Gary Brandon/Larry Kenney on BBC file that is slightly different than my paper version.  I will probably make my decision near break off point.
