Great riding in Cecil County !! Varied terrain - 1st half forested, 2nd half mostly open farm land - through Charlestown, Northeast and Elkton; 2 convenience stores, 1 possible lunch stop - in Elkton. For restroom before start turn Left at end of ramp off I-95 to Royal Farms, short distance on Right; afterwards retrace road past previous exit ramp, over I-95, to P & R on Right.
