A very nice Cecil Co. loop with varied terrain. Many of the sights will be new to riders - worth the drive and toll! For bathroom before start, turn Left at the end of the ramp off I-95 - go short distance to Royal Farms. Afterwards, reverse route and pass previous exit, over the bridge to P & R on the right. Paper cue sheets will be available.
