This ride is from SEVENTH DISTRICT ES (the little one on York Rd).  Several options for rest stops,

I plan to stop at mile 20.8 in Glenville (restrooms available) and mile 42.2 Rutters in Shrewsbury

(restrooms available).  This version avoids the Prettyboy hills.  If anyone has the rwgps link feel free post.
