The chance of rain looks slim enough that I'm going to schedule this ride from New Freedom to Hanover. Will cancel if there is any rain, a high chance of rain or really wet roads. Temperatures look perfect.
Rolling to hilly, low traffic, mostly secondary back roads. Scenic. There is a rest stop about mile 22 at Rutter's.
This ride will start from the Rail Trail cafe in New Freedom - but NOT on the rail trail side. we will start on the Front St side. There are some parking spaces to the side of the cafe. By the way, this place has great food and is an awesome local place for pre or post ride calories! Exact location can be found here: http://www.nfrailtrailcafe.com/about/
If you have any trouble finding parking, the Marge Goodfellow Park is only about two blocks away with lots of parking.
