Cecil ??? Yes, Cecil - there are great roads and scenery - worth the drive and toll !!! Varied terrain - 1st half forested, 2nd half mostly open farm land - through Charlestown, Northeast and Elkton. Rest stops and possible lunch at Pat's Select (great pizza). Paper cue sheets will be available.
