Pa Flatland's Ride Report

Pa Flatland's Ride Report

Another "epic" Pa. Flatland's ride is now BBC history!  There were 17 of us - including myself and co-leader George Cordutsky on today's fabulous ride.  The sun was out, yes - there were some winds, but nothing drastic I would say.  I want to thank the following people for joining me on today's ride/adventure: Don, Mark M., George, Mary Anne, Ed, John, Gary, Carol, Dan, Elizabeth, Jay, June, Deynivette (?), Mark T., Alvaro, Darrow & yours truly...Bill Wiesand.  No flats or mechanical failures that I'm aware of.  All roads on the cue sheet from 2005 are now passable, so there is no detouring involved as has been for the past few years.  Moby's at mile 26, which had been the primary lunch stop is unfortunately closed, so we opted for the Rutter's (across the street from Moby's) on the Susquehanna Trail.  It offers basics, but not much in the way of indoor seating.  I am going to research and see what other options are available that may offer a little more in the way of civilized dining.  Look for this ride to be offered again next month.
