Don't know if it is possible and I've already suggested this in another thread, but it would be nice if captcha was not required for BBC members.  Less likely to get spam from a member than a "verified" user.

I've included a link to the current bill below as we don't seem to have a way to upload files of interests to the cycling community here.

Seems no matter what I uncheck under volunteer (and save), when I come back in to see what the settings are, I am set up to volunteer for everything.

All emails now have the subject "Subscription Subject"

Incorrect.  The "Subject" is ALWAYS "Subscription Subject" no matter what the thread.

So, Terry, what do you do to keep from being bored on the trainer? TV and videos? Music?

The answer to that would be YES!  It varies.  Most rides are Spinervals aerobic efforts.  Come February, I throw in at least one hard day, generally Tuesday.  Tuesday's are mostly power (watts) driven efforts.  Specific intervals to challenge different aspects, strength, lactate endurance, lactate tolerance, neuro-muscular training (fast spins).  Doing something different every few minutes keep the boredom to a minimum whether it be due to the Spinveral DVD or my Power training intervals.  But 80% of the work right now is just building endurance.  Weekend trainer rides (2+ hours) are to music to break it up.  And every once in a while I go over a friends house and we train together.

Pretty much.  Been on the bike 4x a week most of January.  Now up to 5x a week.  Getting about 8 hours a week on the bike right now.  In the past, it's been a mental challenge to commit that often to trainer work but not been as difficult this winter.  Even got a ride in on the trainer just over 3 hours on Sunday.

Any chance this could be removed for BBC member accounts?
