It isn't a road per se, but the paved path around the reservoir in Druid Hill Park is closed for construction that could take 3-4 years. This having been my place to do laps for several years and a well-used recreation area for locals, I am not amused. Who knows whether the result will be worth it. Considering Baltimore's penchant for taking something perfectly good and messing it up (viz. the preposterous and universally unloved Roland Avenue "cycle track"), my hopes are not high.
