I figured it out why I cannot print a formatted cue sheet at times. The originator of the ride has to put it in Ride with GPS as a BBC ride.

So, when I go into Ride with GPS with free formatting for BBC rides, it does not work (since the originator did not put it in as a BBC ride).

(Sometimes I can print it formatted if it is in the BBC cue library)

So, if you go into Ride With GPS from the BBC site, you will see the name of the ride at the top. If it is not listed as “by Baltimore Bicycling Club” (vs the person originating the ride), you will not be able to print a formatted cue sheet for free as a BBC member (even assuming you went into Ride With GPS-free use on the left side of the BBC site).
