The video is quite good. To me, it demonstrates that we can record an event that happens in front of the camera on a bike ride. BTW, your trips are like something out of National Geographic.
I'm wondering if we should form a video user community within BBC. Not so much as to watch two hour bike rides, but to be able to provide video documentation of an incident.
I'll let others weigh in and see what replies we get.
Since there are a lot of video recording devices and techniques, I have to ask are we recording rides, not for enjoyment, but to refer to law enforcement? Has anyone been using a helmet cam? Can you clearly read tag numbers, and possibly ID a driver?
Rick
ONE question about this. When will you be doing this ride-of-a-lifetime?
There is an all day threat of T-Storms.
Too cold and windy.
Cold and windy? Nuff said?
Scattered thunderstorms are forecasted throughout the ride. I consider the conditions to be too great a hazard.
Catcha Later.

All day rain, heavy at times, has cancelled this ride. I'm thinking about Sat July 2 as a rescheduled date.
T-Storms and strong winds. Do I have to say more? The t-storm are due to arrive while the group is still on the course. I don't like to try to play chicken with a T-Storm.
The Weather Channel was right this time. Rain stopped, but a good shower enroute to start location made for some concern. But he weather broke, roads good and 12 of us started on time. Sun came out 10 miles later.
