Looks like a small manufacturer in Italy. I don't see that model on their current webpage but maybe they can tell you something about it.

Just wondering if you are measuring over a removable link. I had a case where everything was within spec until I measured over the removable link. (KMC 10sp).
Then it read as worn past spec. I replaced the removable link with a new one but no change. Had to replace the chain. That made me wonder too. I don't know if possibly the removable link has harder pins that might wear the immediately attached links faster. At any rate I always measure to include the removable link now.
The other thing I would wonder about but would have to test is if the chain is always at the same point on the chain ring, even after shifting across chain rings. If so then it's possible that more torque is applied at a certain point.
Hope there was a new chain under the tree!
Just a note. Different brands can vary quite a bit in size and profile even
when given the same size designation. So if you try one brand and it fits closely don't assume another brand will and vice versa.
I have used, broken, lost a few Cateyes over the years.
All the older ones that I had had the same mount about 1 1/4 by 1 1/4 but only two
contacts; bottom left and upper right.
I suspect the third contact is for cadence so you may be able to use many
of the older models having only 2 contacts if you aren't concerned about cadence.
Haven't done it but plenty of choices under $100.

Brian
Got it. Will be in touch shortly.
Hi Jami-
You're still welcomed to use them.
Brian
Hi Jami,
I have a pair of Ortlieb rolltops you can borrow if they
fit okay.
I assume you have a rack on the back?
You'd have to try them and make sure of heel clearance.
I'm on west side but in town often.
Brian
Does anyone know of a local or semi-local carbon repair shop?
I have a hairline crack on the bottom of the top tube would like assessed
w/o sending all the way to California!
