Start is Alpha Ridge Park (11685 Old Frederick Rd, 21104) and goes south to Glenelg, north-west passing through Inwood to Woodbine, north and east to Sykesville, then south back to the start. Indoor rest rooms at start and High's (25.2); port-a-potties at Western Regional Park (13.3).
