Start is Alpha Ridge Park (11685 Old Frederick Rd, 21104) and goes south to Glenelg, north-west to Mt Airy, east to Sykesville, then south-east to back to the start. Optional rest stop at Mt. Airy at the Highs (mile 22.6). There are other potential rest stops along the way.
