Very nice Cecil Co. loop w/ varied terrain. Many of the sights will be new to riders - worth the drive and toll ! Bathrooms at cues 3.1, 14.6 and 30.4; for bathrooms before the start, turn L at the end of the ramp off I-95, go short distance to Royal Farms - afterwards, reverse route and pass previous exit, over bridge to P & R on right; pizza (lunch), if desired, in Rising Sun at cue 24.2.
